7,625 burials from mid-1871 (where we left off last time) to the end of 1876. These records provide the address of the deceased,  the names and professions of the fathers and sometimes mothers (in the case of children) or the spouse (in the case of a married woman). Sometimes a cause of death is also given, and if the deceased was Jewish or Quaker, that was noted. Some examples:

  • 28 Dec 1876 Mary Hannah Cook, of Hillfield, age: 1 day, daughter of Marshall Cook (Glass Founder)
  • 28 Dec 1876 Hannah Stafford, of 37 South Durham Street, age: 67, wife of Ralph Stafford (Store Keeper)
  • 9 Apr 1874 Mary Jane Watson, of 11 Hort Street, Deptford, age: 13, daughter of Martha Watson, now the wife of Richard King, Engineer
