Will of Archibald Hedley, Monkwearmouth Shore, 1807 (proved 1808)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Archibald Hedley of Monkwearmouth Shore in the County of Durham Sailmaker made this first day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven I give devise and bequeath all that my Messuage or Dwelling house wherein I now reside situate in the Monkwearmouth Shore aforesaid together with all and singular the Premises and the Appurts thereunto belonging and also all that my Pew or Stall in the East Gallery of the Parish Church of Monkwearmouth in the said County of Durham now used and occupied by myself and family and all that my Brigantine or Vessell called the Hedley of Sunderland Together with all and singular her Materials and Appurts and all such of her my Ships and Vessells ready Money and Money upon any Securities Household ffurniture Beds Bedding and Implements of Household or Plate Linnen Woollen and China whatsoever and also all and singular other my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be which I may be possessed of or entitled unto at the time of my Decease unto my Dear Wife Sarah Hedley To hold the same to her her Heirs Exors Admors and Assigns for ever Subject nevertheless and charged and chargeable with the payment of my just Debts ffuneral Expences and the Charges of Proving this my Will I constitute and appoint my dear Wife sole Executrix of this my Will I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and declare this to be and contain my last Will In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my Hand and Seal the day and year first within written Archd Hedley
