On Halloween, our server suffered a disk failure (the second one in two weeks; apparently that server had reached its end of life). We are now operating on a new server. Records viewed on Oct 31st might not have been saved to your account. Please check ‘My Account’ and let us know if you are missing any credits you purchased on that date, or if any records you viewed are missing from the ‘My Orders’ list.
The site had to be offline for several days, but after some frantic code changes, the server seems to be humming along properly and the site seems faster. A few people reported missing records or credits and we think we have all that sorted now.
